Note: This reflects a list of transactions only. Never use this information to make a payment. The charges you see posted here will have already been sent to the student account and billed for payment.
Can parents check these balances online?
Unfortunately, no. This information is protected by the same federal law that protects your credit card information. TCU’s contract is with the student; therefore we must treat this information as protected.
How to Read the information at “Check your Balance”
To interpret the balances you see, you must first determine what type of account you are viewing. Some of the sub-accounts are increasing balance accounts some of them are decreasing balance accounts. The increasing balance accounts will reflect a balance of funds spent, and the decreasing balance accounts will reflect a balance of funds remaining. For more information on these sub-accounts, visit the page Student ID Card Privileges.
Financial Hold – If a financial hold is placed on a student’s account due to a delinquent payment, the student will not be able to use of the increasing balance accounts or add additional Frog Bucks.
