Your TCU Digital ID is an essential part of your campus experience. Faculty and staff should carry their ID whenever they are on campus. It provides secure access to university facilities, campus services and employee benefits while serving as your official TCU identification.
Your TCU Digital ID allows you to:
- Access buildings, residence halls, labs, and parking garages (as assigned)
- Use an Employee Meal Plan and Frog Bucks (when purchased)
- Attend campus events that require ID for entry
- Verify your identity, it serves as a legal form of identification
Faculty & Staff Benefits – your TCU Digital ID also provides access to a variety of campus resources and employee benefits, including:
- Access to the TCU Library
- Discounts at the TCU Bookstore
- Access to classrooms and labs across campus
- Access to the University Recreation Center (with paid membership)
- Discounts at a variety of locations in the community
There is a $30 fee to replace a lost ID card for faculty and staff.
Family Member Access to TCU Services
Eligibility
Immediate family members of full-time TCU faculty and staff (employed at least 75% time) may be eligible for free or discounted access to select university services, including the TCU Recreation Center and TCU Library.

Family members interested in Recreation Center privileges should contact the TCU Recreation Center at 817-257-7529 or visit during regular business hours for information regarding eligibility, available options, and associated requirements.
Library Access
Family members interested in accessing TCU Library services should contact the TCU Library at 817-257-7112 to learn about available options. Access privileges may vary depending on the type of services requested.
